- Safety Tips and age appropriate Emergency Activities
WHAT PARENTS NEED TO KNOW:
This first aid and emergency response workshop for younger kids teaches basic life-saving skills.
Delivered in an age appropriate and entertaining manner by our experienced and qualified trainers we will give your little heroes the confidence they need to get assistance quickly
- How to recognise when someone is hurt or sick / needs help
- Grown ups can they ask for help
- When and how to call 000
- Practical activities including:
- Role plays calling 000 and other adults they can ask for help
- Rolling an adult over onto their side
- Simple first aid for bleeding, burns and common household injuries
- Checking for danger and keeping safe
Parents are welcome to stay, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and view from our observation area. Who knows, you may learn something too !
All of our team members hold a current Working With Children Check and Excite Safety is a registered Child safe organisation.
You will need to complete a parental consent form as part of your child's enrolment.
