Jayme, one of our founders and our Training Director, was previously an emergency room nurse and spent many years trying to put people back together after workplace and other accidents. He has seen first hand how life changing accidents in the workplace can be and how devastating the impact of such an incident can be on business owners, families and co-workers and the community.

Co-founder and CEO Lindsay, came up through the maritime industry. As a seafarer Lindsay knows planning ahead and being prepared for any eventuality is essential because ultimately your life may depend it.
